Kuku Besi Holds Two-Day Photography Workshop
The two-day workshop allowed participants to brush up their skills in photography and photograph editing. The first day commenced with an outdoor photography session at the Sungai Liang Recreational Park in Andulau, Kuala Belait, while the second day comprised a tutorial on editing skills.
In an interview, Kuku Besi said "Brunei's photography is untouched. The photography here is more towards pure photography and I will try to teach a technique with a unique touch".
When asked regarding his style, he said that his style can best be described as radical photography. Some may say it's unorthodox but it is actually an out-of-the-box concept whilst staying beyond the border of practical photography.
Due to his knowledge and experience in wedding photography and editing, on top of the fact that a lot of local Bruneian photographers' humble beginnings usually start in a similar field, Kuku Besi is willing to share all that he knows while in the Sultanate, where wedding photographers are in high demand. -- Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
